If you haven't seen Gravity yet you may want to wait for the DVD. I know with as much hype I should have known but it really was a big let down.

Have you guys seen the video on YouTube called "What does the Fox say?" It's actually quite fun with a tune that is not too annoying. My kids and their friends love this video right now.

What was the last book that made you cry?

a really good cry...I haven't read that many books that made me cry. That would be an interesting poll...

Don't laugh...but "where the red fern grows" was like the first book that ever made me cry. LOL I still love to read it :)

That is a sad book!!! My boys cried watching the movie. The Giving Tree was the last book that made my husband cried when he read that book to our kids a few years back. That poor tree gave it all and the boy didn't even know all the sacrifices it made- very metaphorical to the love of the father to his son. Very moving.

This book is a few years old, but I absolutely loved it. Basically it is the story of a man as he "walks" home after a major earthquake in LA. Great writing and such a page turner. I read it in day...couldn't put it down. The visual descriptions are truly riveting. MUST READ.

I did and results were mixed. Adam asked what is THIS??! It looks tasteless. David said "I had better." Paul said " I liked it." As if he were going say anything bad to cause me never to step into the kitchen again.
